Heritage Skin – Client Terms & Conditions

1. Consultation & Medical Disclosure
Clients must complete the consultation form honestly and disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, and previous treatments. Failure to provide accurate information may affect treatment safety and results.
2. Treatment Suitability
Heritage Skin reserves the right to refuse, modify, or postpone treatment where contraindications are present or where treatment is considered unsuitable or unsafe.
3. Patch Testing
Where required, clients must attend and pass a patch test before treatment. Treatments may be refused if patch testing requirements are not met.
4. Results Disclaimer
Results vary between individuals depending on skin type, lifestyle, medical history, homecare compliance, and adherence to aftercare instructions. No guaranteed outcomes are implied.
5. Aftercare Compliance
Clients agree to follow all aftercare advice provided by Heritage Skin. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may increase the risk of irritation, complications, pigmentation, or reduced treatment results.
6. Adverse Reactions
While every precaution is taken, advanced skin treatments may involve temporary redness, peeling, sensitivity, swelling, purging, dryness, or irritation. Rare complications may include infection, scarring, burns, or pigmentation changes.
7. Sun Exposure & SPF
Clients undergoing advanced treatments must use daily SPF and avoid excessive sun exposure, sunbeds, heat treatments, and active exfoliants as advised.
8. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have treatment time reduced or may need to reschedule. Full treatment fees may still apply.
9. Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or cancellation fees.
10. Deposits & Payments
Deposits are non-refundable and secure the appointment time. Remaining balances are due on the day of treatment unless otherwise stated.
11. Children & Guests
For safety and insurance purposes, children and additional guests are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
12. Right to Refuse Service
Heritage Skin reserves the right to refuse service to clients displaying inappropriate, aggressive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour.
13. Photography Consent (Optional)
Clinical photographs may be taken for treatment progress records. Images will not be shared publicly without separate written consent.
14. Liability
Clients acknowledge that they are voluntarily undergoing treatment and understand the potential risks and side effects explained during consultation.
